Become a Team Member

  Phoenix Protective has three divisions: Loss Prevention, Uniform Security, Special Services. All team members must pass the Washington Department of Licensing's Private Security Guard Preassignment Test and Loss Prevention Agent Certification Exams (coming in online form soon).   Team members must also meet the following basic requirements:  

• 18 years or older
• Good communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Physical fitness
• Security or related experience (education may substitute)
• Clean criminal background
• Telephone
• Genuine interest in the industry
• HS Diploma or GED

  Additional skills which may qualify you for special consideration include firearms experience/training, loss prevention, military history, bi/multilingual.   We offer:
