Phoenix Protective has three divisions: Loss Prevention, Uniform Security, Special Services. All team members must pass a state licensing security guard test and Loss Prevention Agent Certification Exams (coming in online form soon).
Team members must also meet the following basic requirements:
18 years or older
Good communication skills
Security or related experience (education may substitute)
Clean criminal background
Genuine interest in the industry
HS Diploma or GED
Additional skills which may qualify you for special consideration include firearms experience/training, loss prevention, military history, bi/multilingual.
