Become a Team Member

  Phoenix Protective has three divisions: Loss Prevention, Uniform Security, Special Services.  All team members must pass a state licensing security guard test and Loss Prevention Agent Certification Exams (coming in online form soon).   Team members must also meet the following basic requirements:  
  • 18 years or older
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physical fitness
  • Security or related experience (education may substitute)
  • Clean criminal background
  • Telephone
  • Genuine interest in the industry
  • HS Diploma or GED
  Additional skills which may qualify you for special consideration include firearms experience/training, loss prevention, military history, bi/multilingual.   We offer:
